A: Auckland and surrounding suburbs, with a strong focus on airport transfers to and from Ray Emery Drive and the wider metro area. Q: Can I book very early or very late trips? A: Yes for airport trips. Standard trips run 8:00 AM–10:00 PM Monday–Saturday. Airport trips and Ray Emery Drive can be booked at any time. Q: How does payment work? A: After you accept the quote, you’re taken to a Stripe payment link where you enter the quoted fare amount yourself. Stripe processes the payment and sends you a receipt. Q: Is this a rideshare like Uber? A: No. Tesla Ride is a direct, pre-booked service with a single professional driver, not an on-demand rideshare marketplace.
